trying to incorporate more „fresh“ food aka veggies into my diet as i realized at some point that i was only consuming protein shakes and protein bars on a daily basis 🙆🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ and just as i started eating more fresh, my weight which was standing still for weeks finally went down again 🤗 so i‘m trying to keep this habit going! 💖 . what my dinner consists of: • 2 slices soft bröd • 20g herb cream cheese • 125g camembert light • 75g avocado • 65g tomatoes • sprinkled with black sea salt . as i do iifym i also know the macros for this meal: 770 calories 36p/45c/49f - pretty balanced, healthy & tasty 💕

You have no idea how many people would love to have what you've got."✨ Happy humpday guys!💕 I'm currently a bit amazed to what our bodies are capable of. I honestly still felt a bit sick and weak today but i still went to the gym after work to try a workout👟 I started with my run and what happened? I warmed up in a normal speed for 6 minutes and made then 5×5min. intervals with a pace of 4'35" per km and 1 min break between every interval. SWEATY but i made it and i was so grateful that my body still managed this!🏃💕 But the strengthtraining afterwards wasn't that hard. I had not much strength and just made 5 exercises with light weights for my upperbody🏋 But i still enjoyed to get some sweat in and now, i'm ready for a hopefully good night😴
Quick #thursdaybreakfast . . Ingredientes (2 pancakes) 🥞1/2 cup oats 🥞1 egg 🥞1 teaspoon of organic cacao powder. 🥞1/2 cup almond milk. Method Blend all of the above and cool them over a pan with a little bit of coconut oil. Done 😋😋😋
Avokádo - banánový CaKe 🍌🥑🥥🍯💚 Čas prípravy: 25min .⏳ Počet porcií: 8 Ingrediencie👨🏽🍳: 1/2 Hrnčeka ďatlí 1 Hrnček mandlí 1 Hrnček kešu orechov 1/2 Hrnčeka kokosu 🥥 3 avokáda 🥑 2 banány 🍌 šťava z 3 limetiek 🍈 4 PL medu 🍯 Postup😋: Kešu, mandle, ďatle a kokos spolu rozmixujeme v mixéri. Vzniknuté cesto vtlačíme do formy a odložíme do chladničky. Mixér umyjeme a dáme do neho ostatné ingrediencie na limetkovo-avokádovú penu - avokáda, banány, med a limetkovú šťavu poriadne rozmixujeme. Po domixovaní penu ochutnajte a dochuťte podla vašej potreby medom alebo limetkou, podľa toho či chcete dezert viac sladký alebo kyslý. Keď je pena podľa vašej chuti, vylejte ju na pripravené cesto. Dezert dajte na noc alebo aspoň na 8 hodín do chladničky❄️. PS: Pred podávaním môžete dezert ozdobiť podľa vašej fantázie, napríklad limetkami, bobuľovým ovocím alebo kokosom, je to na vás 😜.
